About the Doctor

Dr. Upadhyay graduated with a Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in May 2010. She did her undergrad at Queens College of the City University of New York, where she was inducted into the Psi Chi Honors Society.

She has done her clinical training at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA, and her clinical externships in ocular disease and primary care at Omni Eye Care in NJ, Opthalmic Consultants of CT and the Veterans Hospital in Brooklyn, NY as well as a specialty contact lens rotation in California.

Dr. Upadhyay is licensed and therapeutics certified in the state of NY. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and New York State Optometric Association.

She has previously worked as an independent Optometrist in private practice's in the NYC and Westchester area.
